Austin Healey 3000 Mk III phase 2, year 1967. Chassis number HBJ8L3356XX, engine number 29K/RU/H126XX. Colour Ice Blue metallic over crème white combined with a dark blue leather interior and dark blue carpet. Dark blue mohair soft-top and hood-cover. This fabulous ‘Big Healey’ was sold new in the USA. The car was shipped to the Netherlands in the year 1989. From 1989 until 2000 the car was enjoyed in its original condition. In the year 2000 the Healey was extensively and ‘body off’ restored and overhauled. Photos of the restoration are present. Of course, the engine and the gearbox were overhauled, as were the dashboard gauges, and all the mechanicals. The interior was renewed, and the wiring loom was renewed. Since completion of the restoration the automobile was used very little. The car was garaged and serviced perfectly over the years. This fine Austin Healey is in very good to excellent condition and the car drives delightfully! The car shows all the original details and it features chrome wire wheels and safety harnesses. A fantastic and highly desirable example in the most sought-after colour combination!
