Austin Healey 3000 Mk II (A) convertible, year 1964. Chassis number HBJ7L2529X, engine number 29K/RU/H1732X. Colour Florida Green over Pacific green combined with a beige leather interior, trimmed with dark green piping and beige carpet. Beige vinyl soft top and hood cover. This wonderful Austin Healey was sold new in the USA. The car was shipped from Maryland to the Netherlands in the year 2006. In the years 2007 – 2008 the automobile was extensively and body off restored by an Austin Healey specialist. The body was restored from the bare metal. A photo report of the restoration is present. The car is being sold on behalf of the first Dutch owner. This beautiful “Big Healey” is in a very good condition and the car drives perfectly! The car shows the unsurpassed Austin Healey lines, wonderful details, and only slight traces of previous use. The Austin Healey 3000 Mk II “A” is the first “Big Healey” featuring the easy to erect “convertible” top. The automobile is fitted with an alternator, overdrive, painted wire wheels, a chrome badge bar fitted with a pair of Lucas lamps (SFT576 fog and SLR576 spot), a Stainless-Steel boot rack, a MotoLita steering wheel with wood rim, Vredestein 195/70 15-inch tyres and a side exhaust. This gorgeous Austin Healey Mk II convertible is ready for any adventure in the hands of a proud new owner!
