Austin Healey 100/4 (BN1), year 1955. Colour Ice-Blue metallic combined with a dark blue leather interior and blue carpet. Dark blue soft-top, side-screens and tonneau cover. This gorgeous Austin Healey 100/4 was sold new in the USA, the automobile was imported from California to the Netherlands in the year 1994. After arrival in the Netherlands the car was extensively restored. The car comes very well documented with history and insights of all the work which was carried out. This ‘Big Healey’ is in very good and beautiful condition and the car drives delightfully! The BN1 type Healey 100 features a 3-speed manually operated gearbox with overdrive. This fine example was given a host of upgrades and modifications: upgraded brakes, Denis Welsh engine parts, air-scoops in the bonnet, additional driving lamps at the front, Brooklands ‘aero’ screens and a side exhaust were added.
