Austin Healey 100/4 BN1, year 1954. Colour: two tone red over black combined with a black leather interior and black carpet. Black vinyl soft-top and black side screens. Chassis number BN1/L/15545X, engine number 1B/21322X, body number 4667/313X, matching numbers. A Heritage document to confirm this is present. This is an early Austin Healey 100/4 BN1 model with overdrive on 2nd and 3rd gear and the ‘Austin of England’ batch on the boot lid. The car was imported from the USA to Germany in the 1990s where the car was dismantled and refurbished. The body was restored and given new paint. The interior was given new upholstery. A new wiring loom was fitted as was an aluminium petrol tank. Mechanically everything was checked and renewed where necessary and of course extensively serviced. In the year 2019 the gearbox and the overdrive were overhauled. This fabulous ‘Big Healey’ is in very good condition. The 2400 cc four-cylinder engine delivers a lot of torque and the soundtrack is wonderful thanks to the side-exhaust! The car shows all the original details and it is fitted with silver painted wire wheels and an aluminium rocker cover. The Healey comes fully documented; it can be imported to any country globally!
