Colour two tone green combined with a cognac brown leather interior trimmed with pale brown carpet. Black mohair hood. The ‘Derby’ Bentley cars were built by Rolls Royce after the takeover of the brand in 1931. The Bentley 4 ¼ was built in the ‘Derby’ factory and it was one of the finest cars money could buy. The ‘Derby’ Bentleys were marketed under the slogan ‘The Silent Sportscar’. This magnificent example was sold new in the UK and imported to the Netherlands in 2007. The car was cherished by one Dutch owner ever since. This Bentley 4 ¼ litre is a Unique find, the car is in a fantastic original condition, even the factory delivery sheet is present! The factory original Vanden Plas body is still fitted, and all the other original details are still present. The car was meticulously serviced and kept up to date and is in an excellent vintage original condition. The car shows light signs of use, a great patina! The automobile is fitted with an additional spot driving lamp at the front and a search light within arm’s reach of the driver.
