MG Q-Type Special, year 1937. Chassis number TA116X, engine number AEG11X. Colour red combined with brown leather seats in the interior. This wonderful MG Q-type special was based on a 1937 MG TA chassis. The chassis, engine, gearbox, and axles are all original MG TA components. Thew special was built in the UK in the years 2018-2020. The car comes very well documented with invoices regarding the rebuild. A lot of money was invested by a previous owner. This MG Q-type special is fitted with a special handcrafted aluminium body showing nice details like the twin fuel fillers. Furthermore, the car is fitted with a Brooklands type exhaust with ‘fish-tail’, black painted wire wheels shod with Blockley 4.50 x 19-inch tyres, a fog lamp at the front, a 12-volt electrical system, a power cut-off switch, spare wheel, Brooklands aero-screens, Brooklands type steering wheel, and a leather belt over the bonnet. At additional costs, our engineers can fit a period correct supercharger (blower) if you wish. This is a very sporty MG Q-type Special in excellent condition!
