This impressive top-of-the-line Mercedes-Benz W112 300 SE was imported to the Netherlands in 2015 and registered for road use in 2016. The car was never restored, the bodywork and interior are largely original. The car was prepared to participate in long-distance rally events for which it is an ideal car offering a lot of interior space, a comfortable ride, and a rugged and reliable construction. This impressive Mercedes-Benz W112 already has a lot of rally experience, and the car shows traces of use and age. The car is fitted with a recently fully overhauled Mercedes 250 SL six-cylinder engine mated to a 4-speed manually operated gearbox. Furthermore, the car features special rally seats, electric powered 4-point safety harnesses, a roll bar, an original sunroof, complete rally equipment with Halda Twinmaster, steel wheels shod with 185/70 14-inch Vredestein winter tyres and additional Cibië Oscar spot-driving lamps at the front.
